Bringing you veterinary care in the heart of Essex

Here at Best Friends Debden, we look after your domestic animals, large and small. We believe in offering a personalised service and are keen to make sure the pets that we see also see us as friends. Our team are often to be found fussing animals in our waiting area, to put them at ease as well as to get to know them and their owners better.

We pride ourselves on knowing our pet owners and their animals well. Everyone receives a warm welcome at Best Friends Debden.

We are part of our local community in Debden. If a pet owner can’t visit the surgery then we are able to arrange a home visit for them.

Our surgery is easily accessible via the Central Line and also offers on-street parking as well as disabled access.

We are accredited with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and adhere to their high standards.

The branch boasts an ample sized waiting room, designated surgery suite, and extensive kennel space, including a walk-in kennel, for our inpatients.

We offer general health checks, flea and worming advice and treatments, vaccinations, microchipping, and have an in-house lab to run blood tests. We also offer dentistry and surgeries, including neutering. For our newest pets we can provide kitten and puppy packs and plenty of advice in the early days.

We also offer a wide range of recommended pet foods, including Happy Paws, toys, treats and shampoos.
